The recording of the presentation from Jeffrey Stoner titled “Infrared Photography” given to the Focus Camera Club on March 8, 2023.
Program Description
An infrared image may reveal a world only subtly different, or one of other-worldly colors and textures. Jeffrey’s program covers the history of infrared photography and how it can be used today. He shows infrared photographs that would be difficult to replicate in any other way.
Jeffrey Stoner is especially known for his “Goats of Roan” and Steam Locomotive images, and his images have been featured in international, national, and regional publications. His latest book, Taproots of Tennessee (2019, the University of Tennessee Press) illustrates stories about the Tennessee state-owned historic sites.
