A recording of our August 2025 Competition held both in-person and via Zoom. The subject was “Patterns in Nature” for this competition.
(We lost our moderator for a few minutes due to internet issues, but everyone soldiered on.)
Our judge was Joe Klocek. Joe has worked in the photographic industry as a photographer, salesman, and instructor since 2005. Today he teaches courses on a variety of topics, including macro, wildlife, exposure theory, videography, and studio lighting. In the past few years he has been a guest speaker for photographic societies and travel expositions. He lives in Denver with his wife, son, and unmanageable book collection.
Joe also runs https://www.thefstopshere.org/ where he offers books, courses, and Lightroom help.
This video has images from all the competition groups and they are presented in random order.
After a brief intro, the competition judging starts.
